About The Team
Becky Fenno, AIA, LEED
Becky is a Charleston native and the owner of Fenno Architecture. With over 30 years of experience, Becky brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. She's passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect her clients' unique needs and personalities. Becky specializes in residential new construction and renovations of historic buildings in Charleston, like 70 Tradd Street. She's also a LEED-certified architect, committed to sustainable and environmentally conscious design.
Becky is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN). Her work has been recognized by Carolopolis and the New York Times.
When she's not designing dream homes, you can find Becky practicing yoga at her favorite studio, Satsang, or exploring the beautiful Charleston cityscape. Her love for the city and its historic architecture shines through in her work, adding a touch of charm and elegance to every project.
Naseem Keshmirian
Naseem has over 10 years of experience in the architecture world and brings a passion for inclusive design and a deep understanding of urban context to every project. An Ashley Hall alum, her journey continued with a BA in Historic Preservation from the College of Charleston, and a Masters of Architecture from Clemson University. Naseem’s expertise spans many project types, including historic preservation, multi-family and single-family residential, and hospitality design. Her work has been recognized for a 2019 Carolopolis Award for Exterior Design. She has also contributed to integrating architectural principles and affordable housing initiatives within the City of Atlanta’s Office of Policy under Mayor Dickens.
Naseem believes architecture should bridge client needs with the surrounding urban fabric, creating impactful spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Inspired by the history of a building, its inhabitants, and the subtle details often overlooked, she prioritizes collaboration, ensuring each design reflects their unique vision and lifestyle.
Beyond her passion for architecture, Naseem enjoys traveling, painting, cheering on the Atlanta United Soccer Team, and spending quality time with her best bud and son, Bijan.
Adam Roark
Adam is an architectural designer with 10 years of experience in the field. He’s passionate about creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Adam holds a BA & Masters in Architecture from Clemson University. His expertise lies in BIM, visualization, and detail-oriented design. He has experience in various projects, including residential, multi-family, higher-ed, and office buildings.
Adam’s design philosophy starts with understanding the site and client needs and then viewing the project as a puzzle with endless possibilities. He’s inspired by organization, rhythm, and patterns and strives to create architecture with purpose and meaning.
When he’s not designing, you can find Adam watching hockey, tackling DIY projects, or spending time with his son, Charlie.
